Seller nor Astoca cannot guarantee the accuracy of the quantity of the tiles. Tile count may change without prior notice. Tile breakage may be evident in the lot and are part of the declared tile quantity. We would strongly recommend that prospective buyer’s conduct an inspection before placing a bid or if in doubt ask us.
This sale has 15% BP and 12% vat on BP and Goods. A total add on of 28.8% on the bid price. Returns or Refunds will NOT be entertained once the items have been removed from the sale premises.
